Great communication with the staff! I had signed up and reserved a unit the night before I planned on moving in. They called me the day of my check in to confirm a time of arrival for me. When I entered, only one customer at a time and wearing a mask only - guidelines that were clearly stated on the front door window. Staff member helped me sign up and pay in the front office in a matter of minutes. Directions on where my unit was and how to get in there were very simple. Kind of annoyed I need to use my code 3 times to get into my unit, but better safe than sorry! I feel very confident that my belongings are safe in the unit.

Great Experience! Front desk staff was very courteous and answered all my questions. Price was right. Only issue is the use of the carts. It's very inconvenient to have to pull the car threw the gate then come up to the front and get cart. Also, whenthe office is closed there's no acess to the carts. But other then that I think everything else is great!
